That is why we try to make the process clear from the first phone call. When the job details allow it, we provide a complete price over the phone. If the job needs to be checked in person first, we can provide a free on-site quote, and if no work is carried out, we do not charge a service call fee for the quote.

We focus on the right locksmith solution for the job, not unnecessary work. If rekeying solves the problem, we would rather rekey than replace a lock unnecessarily. When new hardware is needed, we use quality locks, explain the available options clearly and support eligible parts and workmanship with warranty.
